Mrs.Pushpa Raju is an enterprising entrepreneur who has been deeply involved in the manufacture and sale of variegated Indian Crafts like, Tanjore Painting, Wood Carvings, Bronze Icons etc., for more than three decades. She is Professional Tanjore Painting artist recognized by Govt. of India Handicrafts department. Her association with this traditional art is in abundant measure since her father late Mr. Ramachandra Raju was also Tanjore painting artist and dealer. She has been serving the dual purpose of keeping alive the Treasure Trove of Indian Crafts and meeting with the insatiable demand of the connoisseurs.

To bring forth the treasurers of artistic splendor and the real Indianism to the homes, she has established a business enterprise called “Ashpira Art Gallery” at a centrally located and easily accessible place in Chennai.. With her initiative and drive, she could deliver the Indian Craftsmanship and Indian Heritage to the countries as far and widely as Japan, West Germany, England, USA, Singapore, Australia.

She is involved in several social organizations like FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO-Chennai Chapter) as it’s Treasurer and is serving in the Executive Board of World Telgu Federation.

Mrs.Pushpa Raju is married, having two sons and her husband is Indian Army Officer as Col.
